6 yr old Wisbech St Mary FC player Hunter diagnosed with Cancer – Can you help?

Last week one of Wisbech St Mary FC managers and volunteers Ryan Martin and his wife Tanya had the heartbreaking news that one of their son’s, 6 year old Hunter was diagnosed with lymphoma! Hunter is a twin to Casey and both play in the under 7’s team.

Hunter and Casey are joined at the hip and always with a football. Hunter will now be in hospital for the next 6 months undergoing intensive treatment with the hope he can come home for 2-3 days to be with his family!

A club statement from Wisbech St Mary FC Chairman Mark Miller has been released;

“Last weekend the club had the devastating news that our U7 managers son Hunter had been rushed into hospital and diagnosed with cancer at the age of 6, Hunter is also a player for our U7 team. Hunter has already had his operation and is now starting 6 months of intensive treatment.

We as a club and myself as chairman need to support the family at this desperate time. We have a GO FUND ME and any donations are welcome.”
